Local Government Unit of Bislig under the administration of City Mayor Librado C. Navarro through the City Economic Enterprise Development Office presents OPLAN KALAG-KALAG for All Souls and Saints Day Celebration this November 1-2, 2016.

Ms. Epitacia C. Bernales, MPA- CEEDO Manager/Chief Implementing Officer of Oplan Kalag-Kalag and Presider has formed a group named Task Force Kalag-kalag. The group has major roles to do for a well-organized and peaceful celebration.

The celebration includes mass at 10 AM on November 1, 2016 and 9 AM on the next day, November 2, 2016 at the Cemetery Proper. Barangay Council of San Fernando is in charge in assisting the junction to Maitom Proper.

Philippine National Police (PNP) strictly enforce Liquor Ban, no gambling and no loud music at the cemetery area and lastly no bringing of bladed weapons or firearms. They also provide security, peace and order at the entrance and inside the cemetery including Pryce Garden and Catholic Cemetery at Kasunugan, San Isidro and also provide PNP station at the junction of San Fernando and at the cemetery proper. Repair of niches will not be allowed during the celebration. It is understood that repairs be made prior to November 1 and 2.

City Health Office will provide two medical stations at cemetery proper and Bislig District Hospital will provide one medical team between the junction and cemetery entrance. General Services Office (GSO) will provide 10 units of transport vehicle. These vehicles will park 8 AM at Mangagoy Barangay Gym. Free transportation is bound from Mangagoy to San Fernando junction.

Bisliganons are expected to follow the set rules and guidelines for a peaceful celebration during the All Souls and Saints Day.
